Renew mapping

  Ours domain mapping has also expired, though it is supposed to autorenew with our business plan and that is fully paid. How could this have happened? The Private help we pay for as part of our business plan is unavailable this week, conveniently. Can anyone get our site back online? http://www.landscapearchitecturemagazine.org

  Hi there @bradfordmckee only Live Chat is currently unavailable. You should still be able to post your query in the contact form at https://wordpress.com/help/contact for priority email support. Make sure you are logged in with the WordPressdotcom account that bought the Business plan upgrade on your site.

  Hi @bradfordmckee, I actually don’t see any upgrades on your account. @justjennifer is right that you’ll get priority support, but you do need to be logged in as the ugprade owner.

  Right now I do see upgrades owned by a different user on your site. Everything looks current. If you still need help, can you log out and log in as the upgrade owner, then reach out here?
