Renew Mapping Domain

  I received an email saying my mapping domain at City Inspired is about to expire.
  The renewal didn’t go through, and I need to manually renew this upgrade. Unfortunately, when I click on the renewal button it takes me to a page where there is no clear option to renew the mapping. It keeps asking me to set up a new site, and there are no options under manage purchases. Please help. James 206.953.8372
