  i am trying to renew my blog but it wont let me pay for it
  many thanxs gary

  Hi there,
  You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account and the exact same associated email address that registered the blog and purchased the upgrades to access the blog’s dashboard and navigate to > Store > My Upgrades to renew them. http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/

  Hi Gary,

  The WordPress.com Premium upgrade (including the domain prestigecarsandparts.com) is owned by a different WordPress.com user on the blog. Only that user can renew the upgrade, by logging in and going to their My Upgrades page.

  If you don’t remember what account was used to purchase that upgrade, you can check the list of all users on the site under Users > All Users in the site’s dashboard.
