  renew overdue

  I had some huge problems of death in my family and missed out on my renewal.
  What can I do?

  I can pay now – but the website does not allow me to do it.

  I’m so sorry to hear about your loss. I have my domains set to autorenew so this doesn’t happen to me. I cannot find an expiration notice and I tagged this thread for Staff assistance.   Hi @crystalwellness,

  It looks like the upgrade is registered under a different user account, but it has been renewed recently. Can you confirm that you were able to renew the domain?
