  How do I go about that?

  Hi there,

  It looks like that upgrade was originally purchased in another account. Please log into that account and go to Store > My Upgrades in your Dashboard to renew it.

  I tried to Map it but it says “Sorry but blog.urbanvoyage.com is already mapped to a WordPress.com blog.”

  Yes it is. As I mentioned it’s in another account, not in the account under this username. If you try to map it from this account you will get that message. Can you log into the other account?

  Not really.

  That’s strange, when I was updating that blog I was always using this account that I am signed right now.
