Renew my business plan subscription

Please let me know where I am in the payment process. I paid two years ago for my site (business plan for 2 years), but I no longer have access to functions such as Extensions. Is this due to non-payment? I was not informed about the renewal. I work in French.
I have changed my credit card in the meantime.

From what I can see, the subscription for the site
centredereussitescolaire.bewas purchased from a different account than the one you’re contacting us from and that would be why you haven’t seen an email from us – it was sent to a different email address.
You are correct though that the Business plan and domain mapping expired back in September.I can see that you have already purchased the plan again so the only thing left now would be mapping the domain: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/map-existing-domain/.
The domain is still pointing to our servers so there is no need to update the nameservers.
