Renew my business plan subscription

    Please let me know where I am in the payment process. I paid two years ago for my site (business plan for 2 years), but I no longer have access to functions such as Extensions. Is this due to non-payment? I was not informed about the renewal. I work in French.

    I have changed my credit card in the meantime.

    From what I can see, the subscription for the site centredereussitescolaire.be was purchased from a different account than the one you’re contacting us from and that would be why you haven’t seen an email from us – it was sent to a different email address.
    You are correct though that the Business plan and domain mapping expired back in September.

    I can see that you have already purchased the plan again so the only thing left now would be mapping the domain: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/map-existing-domain/.

    The domain is still pointing to our servers so there is no need to update the nameservers.
