  How may I renew my custom domain purchased through WordPress.com?

  Hi there,
  All upgrades must be paid for in full at the time of purchase. No purchase orders or invoices can be issued.

  You must be logged in under the exact same username account that registered the blog who is Admin of the blog to purchase and/or renew upgrades for the blog. If you’d like your upgrade to renew automatically each year, you can Enable Auto Renew.

  Thank you. I was logged in as an administrator, but not the “correct” administrator. Issue resolved.
