renew my domain

  please, I wonder to know , why I can not pay my domain called : clauidofbaroni.net with my credit card …. I did always in the same way and now it refuse my payment with the same credit card.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  After looking into your account, I found that the credit card we have on file expired in November 2013. Can you try using a new card?

  thanks for the answer.

  Actually, I try using my new card and it didn’t work…. already for few days I try it…. (still I have time because my domain needs to be renewed before May 20, 2014) …… Please, any advise are really welcome..!

  HI there,

  I don’t see any failed attempts on our end. Can you tell me exactly which error you get?

  Also please contact your credit card company to see if it’s still in use.

  Basically what I did is : go to the my domain, choose store – payment method, fill-in the info of my credit card and click in “renew for 15 EUR”
  …and open another page that it said:
  “Your processor is unable to process the Card Type in the currency requested. Please try another card type.”

  ( my credit card is running ok )

  That’s the media library of a different site. However, I was able to see the issue. Please note that only Visa and Mastercard support non-USD payments, if you try to pay with other cards you will get this error. Please try a Visa or Mastercard for the purchase.

  Sorry, but what you answer me, it is not correct, because i payed alway with American Express !?!

  (….and I do not have Visa or Mastercard …. So, must be another way to cover up the cost without loss my domain
  isn’t it ? )

  Yes, American Express does not support non-USD payments – you must use a Visa or Mastercard.

  You can also pay directly using your PayPal account if you have enough in your PayPal balance. Or another option would be Bitcoin:
