  Hi, I forgot to renew my domain on time. How can I get my domain back, can’t seem to figure it out on the website.

  WP.com: Yes
  Correct account: Yes

  Hi there, I see that your domain sgvirtualsolutions.com is currently in redemption. While the domain can still be renewed, the registrar imposes a US$80 fee on top of the renewal fee itself.

  I’ve marked your thread for Staff assistance. Please let them know that you agree to pay that additional fee so they can start the renewal process.

  Hi there! Please do not create duplicate threads. I’ve removed your other thread and will respond to you here.

  Is this for the domain sgvirtualsolutions.com? If so, your domain expired on 2022-04-04 and is currently in the redemption period:

  https://wordpress.com/support/domains/domain-expiration/#redemption-period

  We can still try to recover the domain but you will need to pay an $80 USD redemption fee in addition to the regular $18 USD domain renewal cost. If you agree, I can send a payment request and contact our domain registrar once it has been paid.

  Hello, I am sorry for creating duplicate threads, I wasn’t sure if I did it correctly.
  Yes please I agree to pay the fee. I have updated my automatic payment info in the system if that helps.

  Please let us know when that has been paid as we’re not notified in any way. Once we get that payment, we’ll attempt to recover your domain.

  click on the domain and add an automatic renewal method to make sure the domain renews on time the next time around.
