  I wan to renew my domain but it says I need to contact support

  That message is wrong. I want to renew my domain, but I am told to contact support, which takes to the forum, instead of helping me renew my domain which is linked to my email. so now i cannot receive any emails.
  I do not need help with my blog as stated above.

  Hi afroblush,

  I see you chatted with one of our Happiness Engineers a couple of hours ago and they are helping with the renewal. They have contacted our domain registrar to make a request for the domain to be restored and will follow up with you by email as soon as they have more news.
