  I did not get any mail but now when I checked it says my domain expired on 07th Feb .Kindly send me the link to make the payment and renew

  Hi @nambiarshalini, I don’t see any domains on this account. Can you log out and log back in with your other username? You may also be able to log in using the email address that got renewal reminders before, or the one with the invoice.

  Once you’re logged into the correct account, you should still be able to renew, or you can respond here.

  Otherwise, can you tell us what the domain is?
