  why my domain can not renew?

  i pay on bill every year but on this year not have bill sent to renew.

  Are you asking about baliresortcambodia.com or a different domain? That one was last renewed in May 2018.

  If you want to use that domain then you can register it as brand new. Add a hosting plan from https://wordpress.com/pricing/ to get started.

  Yes i seen it on May 2018, but on next not seen bill sent to renew.
  so if i want to use in old website no need to add a hosting plan can use that domain?

  Yes, you need to add a hosting plan and then register the domain again to your account. Once you’ve got that sorted, double check what email address you have on the account via https://wordpress.com/me/account/ and make sure it’s the best option for receiving news from us. There’s a chance those renewal notices found themselves in the spam folder which is how you missed them.

  i try it but my domain show message
  “baliresortcambodia.com is taken.”
  how can i use my domain back?

  After more research we found that a few months after baliresortcambodia.com expired it became for sale to the public again. It’s not clear how long it was for sale. Ultimately, it was purchased by another entity. You can try contacting them if you prefer. Or, you can try a different domain.
