Renew my domain

Dear Sir/Ma’am,
Last week, we were unable to receive emails because our domain had expired.
Now I would like to renew my domain. i have two email addresses to log in to wordpress.com.
Email 1: Successful log-in, but it says (This product was purchased by a different WordPress.com account. To manage this product, log in to that account or contact the account owner.)
Email 2: We’ve sent the login link – i can’t receive email;
Please help me, to solve this problem. Thank you

Email 2: I cannot receive emails because my MX records are not updated. i need to input smtp.google.com to get all my emails.
If you need proof of payment, I can provide my previous receipt from Mastercard.

To restore access to the account owning that site, simply use the Transaction ID as described at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#transaction-id

Thank you staartmees, i cannot submit my recovery request it says “Sorry but the website you gave does not exist on WordPress.com. Is it a self-hosted WordPress.org website?”
What should I do now? I need to renew my domain, and this is frustrating.

To start, since you don’t have access to the email address associated with your WordPress.com account, could you try contacting our support so we can help verify your ownership there? We have information on how to do this, here: https://wordpress.com/support/help-support-options/.
Additionally, you could share with us an email address, so we can contact you from there, to help you verify and gain access to your account.

I contacted your support yesterday via email; the representative’s name is Bryan K.
I provided my transaction ID and some screenshots, but I have not received a reply yet.
Please assist me in expediting the recovery of my account and the renewal of my domain.
