Renew my domain bringaballoon.com

renew my domain – with a change in staff here the domain bringaballoon.com expired on 7/23/2014. I would like to renew, however, do not see it in the Store. HELP!!!!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Only the account that owns an upgrade can renew the upgrade.
You can get the upgrade owner to transfer the upgrades to you for the upgrade. If they have trouble with the transfer they can log into this thread as the upgrade owner and ask the staff (using small clear words – from – to – this upgrade) to transfer the upgrades to you

I will flag this for staff attention if you need help

Hello there!
The domain “bringaballoon.com” was registered under the user account “balloongram”. Do you have access to this account? If so, can you please logout and login again as that user and renew the domain? If this is a different user, you may ask him to renew the domain himself or make a request here to transfer the domain upgrade to your account to allow you to renew it.
As a workaround, I’ve prepared a manual payment request to let you pay for the domain renewal for the time being.
https://manualpayments.wordpress.com/?u=77c8a61da8
The total is $26, which includes the standard doman registration fee ($18) and private registration ($8). After payment, I’ll renew the domain and extend its expiration for another year.
Let me know if you prefer to go that route. Thanks!

Thank you for the domain renewal ‘workaround’. I just submitted payment for the domain in the amount of $26. Can you confirm that http://www.bringaballoon.com will appear in my WordPress account for bringaballoon? I was not aware of ‘balloongram’ which is the name the individual who is no longer with our company perhaps initially called her blog.

The domain ‘bringaballoon.com’ was set up for auto renew, however, the credit card it was set up to charge against was expired and not maintained by previous employee.

Hello there!
I’ve just received notification of the payment and renewed the domain for you. Note that its expiration date is set at 2015-07-23 and you may need to go through the same process of paying it manually once it’s up for renewal. To avoid such trouble, I would try to contact your past employee for his login details and make a request in this thread to transfer the domain to your WordPress.com account. Should you fail to reach him, I would file an Assisted Account Recovery request and explain your predicament in detail:
https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery
Please note that you may have to submit the form twice to complete the submission.
Someone from our team should be in contact with you via email to discuss things privately. For more information on this process, please see our support page:
Best of luck!

If a member of the WordPress team can contact me, I need assistance with 1) transferring recently renewed domain bringaballoon.com to our corporate domain vendor. This domain does not appear in my Store > My Domains so I can release it.
Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

Hi there! Have you tried filling out our Account Recovery form?
https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery
Thanks!

I was able to renew the domain and the blog is now back online, however, I want to transfer the domain but it does not show up in my “My Domains” in the WordPress Store….
-
Hi! The domain doesn’t show up in “My Domains” because it was registered by another user, “balloongram”. I’ve filled out the Account Recovery Form for you, and someone should be in contact with you shortly. Thanks for your patience on this one! :)

Thank you for your reply. So now I am even more confused. Is balloongram the domain or just the user name Pegah used when she initially set up the account with WordPress?
-
Hello there! It’s the user name she used to setup the account. It is also the user name that registered your domain “bringaballoon.com”. Let me know if you have any other questions.
