The issue is that the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from is not the owner of that upgrade.
Typically this happens because you ended up with a second WordPress.com user account at some point and THAT account is the one that was used to purchase the upgrade. You will need to log into that second account in order to renew the upgrade.

I’m afraid the owner will need to figure out how to regain access to the account. The domain cannot be renewed otherwise.

last I communicate with the owner of domain, and she said that she remove the account/wordpress from seokyualways.com as administrator. so she asked me to invite her account to seokyualways.com as administrator again, and yeah I did invite her. Until now she didn’t accept my invitation yet. so What should I do. Should I wait her until she accept my invitation? If she accept my invitaition then we can renew domain for seokyalways.com through her account? Thanks rootjosh.

The easiest thing might be for her to post here on this forum thread giving permission to transfer the domain to you.
