Renew my domain KBgreens.com

    I was given wrong information from the people who set up my site. I guess my domain needed to be renewed by 4 2 20 .. since my website was on wix I got told it was already paid for well it is not and I really need to get my website back up and running please help what do I need to do Kenneth Sharpe KBgreens.com

    Please follow up there. I have tried to get you staff assistance but it is a holiday weekend. If you don’t see the option to renew your domain in your dashboard as the staff member said I believe you’ll need to pay the redemption fee of $80 plus cost of domain before staff can even begin to attempt recovery. Only they can email you with a payment request.
