Hi @lannholmes, it looks like you actually had an expired Business plan. You can map the domain with a Premium plan, but you’d need to downgrade the site first.
Downgrading will remove outside plugins and themes you’ve added, and depending on which plugins you added, you can loose content as well. It can drastically change your site.
Given that, would you like to re-add a business plan so you can keep the site as it was, and then map the domain?
Or, would you like us to go ahead and downgrade?
If you’re not sure, I’d recommend upgrading to Business, adding the domain, and then installing the Health Check plugin. That way you can see what the site will look like without any themes or plugins added. And then staff can help you downgrade back to Premium if you’re okay with it.
