  How long does it take to get someone to help me? I just want to renew my domain and there is no where i can find to do that.

  What is the URL of the domain you are trying to renew?

  I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from. This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the upgrade. You’ll need to log into THAT account in order to make any changes.
