Renew my domain that expired

  WordPress failed to properly update me on the state of my account. Now my domain is lost in cyberspace. I need it set back up NOW. Someone from this horrible campany please RESPOND AND EMAIL ME BACK I’ve been a paying customer for five years and yet cannot talk to a human to fix these problems in minutes? Horrible.
