    How do I renew my domain that is currently past the redemption period?

    Hello!

    Please provide the URL for the domain you wish to redeem.

    When domains are in the redemption period there are additional costs that must be paid to the registrar in order to regain access them. You will need to agree to the charge as well as the renewal fee for WordPress.com staff to request recovery of the domain. Please be aware that there is no guarantee that you will be able to renew as during the redemption phase, domains can be included in expired-domain auctions, where another party can bid on your domain name.

    Hi there,

    If you’re referring to kelly-be.com, then we may still be able to recover it if it has not yet been deleted or purchased by someone else.

    A late renewal fee of $80 will be added to the regular price of renewal. This fee is charged by the domain registry and is not one that we can waive.

    For that, I have already emailed you a payment request. Please reply back if you have submitted the payment so that we can begin the recovery process.

    If we are unable to recover your domain, your payment will be refunded. If you do not wish to pay the $80 fee, you may let the domain expiration process continue and attempt to register the domain again at the regular price, once it has completely expired.
