Renew My Expired Domain From Redemption!!!

Hello! I messed up and let my personal site domain (seanathom.com) expire. There are no links for me to do anything on my wordpress.com page. When I clicked a direct link to renew, I received a message saying “this user account does not own the product you are trying to renew”. I will gladly pay the $80 redemption fee along with regular domain fees as soon as the chance is provided. I didn’t want to spend $50 on the basic annual membership (but I will if I have to) just to contact support with an email. Can someone help with this process, please?!

I’ve sent you a payment link via email. Once we receive your payment I can email our registrar to restore your domain.

I’ve emailed our domain provider to restore the domain. It’s a manual process on their end, but they usually reply within 24 hours. I’ll let you know as soon as I hear back from them.

Our registrar has restored your domain and I’ve reactivated it on your account. It’s already showing your site for me, but you might need to clear your browser cache before you will see it.
