  Hi.
  I am trying to renew my naualli.wordpress.com
  I get this message when I try to do so.
  Oops, we can’t find the domain you’re trying to renew. Please contact support to get this sorted out. Be sure to let us know which domain you were trying to renew.

  I thought it was lost, so I tried to buy it again but it says it is taken. I can still access into my account.

  How do I renew my domain?

  Hi there!

  It looks like you cancelled your domain mapping upgrade renewal earlier today for the “naualli.com” domain.

  Since a refund was issued, you will need to purchase this upgrade again by going to this page:
  https://naualli.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=domains

  Add “naualli.com” to the field and click the “add domain to blog” button and complete the transaction process to get this added back on to your site.
