  i had asked that my contact be updated and it wasn’t, so I never received the renewal on this domain.

  how do we fix this?

  Hi there,

  The domain, austinfreebarpoker.com, expired in April. The domain is now in redemption with our registrar. It is still possible to get the domain back, but our registrar charges a $80 fee to get a domain back that is so far expired. Let me know if you agree to that fee and I can get the process started for you.

  Reminder emails were sent to the Gmail address on record for your account. That email address appears at https://wordpress.com/me/account/

  That email address has been on your account since 20 May 2015 and the emails were sent out to that address during February, March and April before your domain expired. It’s possible that Gmail might have sent them to the spam folder or filtered them using its built-in automated filters. We don’t have any control over that.
