Renew my page

    Hi! I forgot to renew my subscription for my wordpress page, and now my page is down. Could you please help me with reactivating my account? How can we make it possible?

    Looking at the account I can see that you purchased a 2 year personal plan which does not expire until 2025-02-24.

    However, the domain that was previously registered to your account, hisisnotgraphicdesign.org does not look to be active any longer. If you want to use that domain still, we need to sort that out and get it connected to the hosting plan. Please write back to let us know.

    denisett.wordpress.com is alive and well, working properly, and does not require an upgraded plan to continue working as it is now.
