Renew my Personal site in the next 6 days

    The latest email says my Personal website will expire in 6 days. I click on RENEW NOW and do not understand the options. I found a page that listed the different levels. Personal was $48. I want to buy that and continue my site, but that page is for creating a new site. I just want to renew my Personal site. My credit card payment info is in my account so it can be charged, but I probably chose not to auto renew at some point earlier because I wasn’t sure.
