  g in different countries now i cannot find my page and all the info to renew my subscription

  You should be able to go to Manage Purchases to renew your upgrades.

  But it does not bring up my page all the design and info is got it is asking to start a new page with upgrade

  Hi there,

  I don’t see any upgrades, past or present in your account. What is the URL of the site you want to renew?

  Upgrades can only be renewed by the account that bought them, so if you have a site in another account you need to log in as the correct account. Then you’ll see your upgrades on the Purchases page.
