Renew my subscription

    On November 29, 2022, I received the following email using a dormant email address, (email visible only to moderators and staff). FYI: On April 7, 2021, I paid $18 to renew my subscription ad have a credit card bank statement as proof of purchase. I do not seem to see how to actually renew this account. HELP PLEASE! Pat Bruns

    Hi Pat, it sounds like you have another WordPress.com account which is associated with that email address you received the email to.

    It also sounds like your domain name is associated with that account. You should normally be able to log out of this account (username: patriciabruns2) from this page:
    https://wordpress.com/me/account

    After that you could log in using the email address to which that email was sent, in order to access your other account:
    https://wordpress.com/log-in

    Once you’re logged in on that account, the domain should show up on the Purchases page which uses this address:
    https://wordpress.com/me/purchases

    You can also update the email address associated with that account; though I should note you can’t re-use the same email address you’re using for this patriciabruns2 account:
    https://en.support.wordpress.com/email-address/
