Renew my Upgrade but no option visible

    I want to renew my upgrade but there is no “Renew Now” button visible. The upgrade was originally purchased by a friend who helped set up the website, but now I need to pay for the yearly upgrade. (email visible only to moderators and staff)

    Only the EXACT account that owns an upgrade can renew it – your friend will need to renew the upgrade or transfer the upgrade to you – if you want the upgrade transferred to you then you will need staff help to make the transfer –

    To request the transfer, your friend can log into here and post in this thread while logged in to the account that owns the upgrade and very clearly requests for a specific upgrade to be transferred from account A to Account B – then we can flag this for the staff to help

    Hi Tom, as auxclass mentioned, upgrades need to be renewed by the user who purchased them.

    Is it the domain hopeforcancerkids.org that needs to be renewed? As auxclass said, if you could ask your friend to log in on the account s/he used to purchase it and make a post here in this thread clearly asking for domain to be transferred to you, I’d be glad to take care of it.
