    I rec’d an email that I need to renew my site – but where, how, with whom – there is no other info – where is your phone number, how can I contact you???

    WordPress.com doesn’t provide call support. However it provides its users with written means of support. For users with Premium and Business plans, WordPress.com provides Live chat support. And support for free-hosted websites like yours (as mentioned in the post) is provided here in the community support forums.

    The account you’re using to post here does not look like it owns any upgrades. For what plan on what site do you need help with? If you can give the url for the site you need to help with, one of us on the forum can help you with a few steps or tag a staff member to assist you further if needed.
