  Just make sure your logged into the correct account where the website is owned, you can renew your Website by going to this link https://wordpress.com/purchases

  Just wanted to check were you able to renew by going to the Purchase page link provided in the reply?
  Also, to be able to delete all other sites, here is the support document, you might consider emptying the sites rather than deleting all, as you will loose all the URL’s too.
