Renew my website with a different hosting service

  I lost my website on WP which is hosted by a different hosting service. The website is online but not in my previous WP account. How can I transfer http://www.translations-german.com back to my sites?

  Your site doesn’t appear that it was ever hosted with WordPress.com. It sounds like that it was using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.

  We cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. But, I can get you pointed in the right direction.

  Reach out to your hosting provider for help in getting your site connected to the correct account.
