  How do I go about renewing my domain name subscription?

  You should be able to renew in Dashboard >> Store >> Upgrades or Domains

  If not then you will need staff assistance – but your domain name does not seem to be in redemption yet

  That said, the problem still persists, so I’ll attempt to add more context to the problem I’m having right now:

  My domain name subscription expired early this month. In the My Upgrades section, I can’t find the “Renew” button, and there’s a message there that I should contact support for assistance.

  How would you advice I handle this problem?

  We were able to recover your domain without an additional fees, but the renewal still needs to be paid, so I have sent you an email with details.
