  The domain neobistromapero.com is owned by the other administrator on this site. You can find that administrator’s details under Users > All Users in the site’s dashboard:

  https://ristorantemapero.wordpress.com/wp-admin/users.php

  That user will need to log in to their WordPress.com account and go to their My Upgrades page to renew the domain.
