  Hi there,

  I’m sorry to say that your domain care4senior.net expired a bit more than 2 months ago due to an expired credit card on file. It is currently in what is called “redemption” status, which means it can still just barely be retrieved from the registrar, however there is a hefty fee associated with doing so (the total is about $100).

  Alternatively, you can wait another couple of weeks until the domain is released back to the public. At that point anyone can register the domain so there is some risk that someone else could register it, however if it was not a popular domain you could easily re-register it for the usual price.

  If you would like to proceed with the redemption, please let me know absolutely as soon as possible as time is of the essence in these cases!

  It was registered here with us, in partnership with a third party registrar called Wild West Domains. The fee which I mentioned however is not being levied by either of us; it is a fee which is instituted by the company which runs the domain name system: ICANN. There isn’t anything which we can do to waive the fee since we are not the ones who are charging it.
