Renew not Upgrade

When I click through to renew, I am only given the option to upgrade. I would simply like to renew at the Premium level at $99. In testing different options, I mistakenly put the $299 option in my cart. I do not want this. I want the $99 option. Thank you.

Exactly which underlying .wordpress.COM blog was the upgrade purchased for?
WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.
The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours. https://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgrades
Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.
Provided you are logged in under the exact same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgrades

If you’ve added the Business bundle in the New blue Dashboard, and all you want to do is remove the $299 bundle from the cart, you can do so by clicking on the red X in the Checkout sidebar.
Doing that will bring you back to the Plans page and you can then add the Premium bundle instead.

However, since you mention renew, you should be able to do so on your My Upgrades page. https://wordpress.com/purchases

Thank you for your input. It all makes perfect sense. Except that what I’m trying to communicate is that the site is not working properly for me. I’ve clicked on everything I can, and tried it every which way and it will not allow me simply to renew. “Upgrade” is the only option that takes me to checkout. I spent a good 30 minutes on it. And the “Help” screens are showing screens that I am not being given access to. I get it that it’s not difficult – I’m just trying to communicate that something isn’t working properly.

Is this for the site, monadnocktimeexchange.com ?
While you are a user on that site, I see you are not the owner. Both the site, and the Premium Plan on it, belongs to another user. That is why you can’t renew this upgrade.
You will need to log in as the account that owns the current upgrade, or get the owner to log in themselves, in order to renew that upgrade.
