Renew Now Does NOT Work?

    I clicked on ‘Renew Now’ button BUT it took me to a site creation page. I wanted to update my pymt to new cr card. It did not take me there.

    Hi franc2bd23d4fab,

    The account you are contacting us from hasn’t purchased any upgrades, which is why there is no option to renew. What is the address of the site you need help with (please do not share transaction details/IDs here)?

    You could try logging out of franc2bd23d4fab, then log back in using the email address your renewal reminder was sent to. Once logged into the correct account, there should be an option to renew on the Manage Purchases page.
