I created a WordPress site using an email address that is no longer valid: (email visible only to moderators and staff).
How can I renew this website so that I can go in and add to it?

That appears to be the title of a site not the actual address. Do you mean https://paulkiefner.wordpress.com/
If you recall the password then you don’t need an email address. Just log out here and log in with the correct username paulkiefner and password.
