Renew our domain name

  Hi
  It looks like we forgot to pay to renew our domain name http://assoplan9.com. We’re past the redemption period, it seems.
  How should we proceed to get it back ?

  Hi there,

  That domain expired on 12 December 2021 and has already been removed from our system. It is currently still in redemption with our registrar.

  It is still possible for me to recover the domain at this point, but our registrar charges a $80 fee to restore a domain from redemption, on top of the regular renewal fee. Let me know if you agree to that fee and I can get the recovery process started.

  Hi,

  Thanks for your reply. I agree to pay the registrar charges now. Do I need to do something to make the process start ?
  It is kind of an emergency situation, therefore, I would like to know when it will be done ?

  I’ve just sent you a payment link via email.

  Please let us know here once you’ve completed the payment, and we can start the redemption process.

  In most cases redemption is instant, but it’s a manual process – we literally have to click a button on our end to do it, so it won’t happen automatically once you pay.
