renew our own domain

  Hello,

  We have the blog isicrider (isicrider.wordpress.com), the problem is that we have our own domain name registred with its own DNS adresses but we forgot to renew it on the wordpress platform. The domain is still active but not on the wordpress platform and I don’t see anywhere how to renew it. In the upgrade page, we have nothing… How can we do this ? Is it still possible ?

  On the first page I see our expired domain. On the second one I can buy another mapping with another domain.
  May be I have to delete the old expired one and add it again by buying a new one, is it correct ?

  If you can renew the expired one, please do that. If that is not possible then do delete the expired one and add it again by buying a new one.

  The links provided are not in english .I have a problem somewhat similar but I cannot locate how to ask.

  I have my domain name renewed with GoDaddy but WordPress is showing it as expired. I cannot access my blog ..
  (email visible only to moderators and staff) titled grace and peace.

  to be clear, I cannot access my blog, (email visible only to moderators and staff) the domain was renewed with GoDaddy but not wordpress. I didn’t know you had to renew with wordpress… who can I talk to to renew with wordpress?

  @quentinfitamant – The domain mapping upgrade can only be renewed by the account that originally purchased the upgrade. I’m afraid the upgrade was not purchased under your account. You will be able to see the user account currently associated with the upgrade on this page:

  Do you have access to that account or could you ask the individual that does have access to renew the upgrade via the link above?
