Renew page will not load

Hello, I have been trying for weeks to renew my site subscription but the page is not loading – may I call to renew?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Last year staff pointed out that you have two similar accounts here at WordPress.com. Didn’t you follow the instructions last year to transfer your Domain to the other account? If not then log out of here and log back in to the peppersandpennies account. Then you will be able to renew your domain. Don’t forget the account you are logged in to now is the main one with the JetPack connection that you need to use to manage your site.

This wasn’t an issue last year it was that I left it too late. I only have log in information attached to this. My hosting service did something when we moved and I only have login information to this. May I please call and process? This would be much easier.

If you didn’t follow the instructions that @kokkieh linked you to last July (in this thread), then your domain is still registered under your other user name and (like @themagicrobot just said) you will need to logon to that account to renew it.
I’m going to add a modlook tag in the sidebar so that staff can take a look and verify that for you.

Hi there, the domain name you referenced is under the peppersandpennies username account. Are you logging in there to try and pay for the domain name?
