  I do not see any upgrades under your @bevengland WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/.

  I do however see that path2peaks.com is registered with us, but it is under a different account, and not under your @bevengland

  Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login? What is the URL of the site associated with the upgrade you are needing help with? Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.

  Because domains are owned by the individual that purchased it (and not by a business or organization) you will need your partner’s help here.

  Please ask them to log in to their WordPress.com account, and then they will see the option to renew the domain here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/path2peaks.com/9606740

  I’ve also noted that auto-renew is “on” for this domain, so it’s likely the case that it will renew on it’s own soon, which your partner will also be able to confirm if they visit that page.
