Renew payment

    I have had emails from WordPress, telling me to renew my details for the site “ michelefreeman.org” And when I follow the link provided it takes me to my WordPress blog, Ruby two shoes

    The Ruby two shoes blog Has never required payment as I set it up as a free site a long time ago, But the Michelefreeman.org site is something I pay for via crazy domains.

    However, when I got the emails from WordPress, I followed the link provided which took me to the rubytwoshoes site and I saw that my old credit card details were stored. I therefore updated the credit card details to my new ones.

    But I am still getting emails from WordPress, telling me I need to renew my details for Michelefreeman.org

    Please help and explain as I do not know what is happening

    Hi there!

    It seems that you have two different WordPress.com accounts. When you’re logged into one and click the link in the email, it will just redirect you to the account where you’ve been logged in. That’s why you see your Ruby Two Shoes blog. Log out and log back in using the email to which the renewal reminder was sent. There you will notice that you can renew your domain.
