  I had a free plan that was set up for me back in 2012. It was in effect 2012,2013,2014
  I thought they were still managing the account but apparently this account has been inactive since 2014. I don’t know how to reactivate it with out upgrading my plan. I really don’t know much about how this works.

  The site is still online and active at https://pdillingersonline.wordpress.com/. Do you see it in your browser when you click that link?

  When you sign in to WordPress.com click on My Sites in the upper left hand corner of the screen to access the site.

  yes, I was able to see it from the link you sent, but when a customer tried to get on my site using my dillingers-online.com he (we) couldn’t. Not sure why? Can you help?

  When we tried to log into the website with my domain name which is dillingers – online.com we can't pull it up I don't know where the problem lies I didn't know if you could help me

  dillingers – online.com was mapped to your WordPress.com account but this upgrade expired. You’ll need to add the mapping back to your account in order for this domain to show your WordPress.com site again.

  Domain mapping is now included in our plan upgrades and not available as a stand alone upgrade. You will want to add a plan to your account from wordpress.com/pricing/ and then follow these mapping instructions: https://en.support.wordpress.com/map-existing-domain/

  In the mean time, the site is still functioning and working via the free .wordpress.com site address.

  Let me know if you run in to any trouble with these steps.
