Renew plan

    Hi supporter,

    My website was expired few days ago. The email mentioned to renew the website at $18 but when I click into the plan, it shows me $48 annually. Unfortunately, there is no ‘upgrade’ bottom for me to renew. Only $25 and $45 monthly plan. Can I have some advice on it? Thanks

    Hi @deermusicenter,

    Several years ago we stopped offering the option to use a custom domain as the site’s main address unless you also had a plan. Folks who had the option before the change were allowed to keep it, however if it expired, we aren’t able to add that back.

    So for now, if you buy the domain alone, it will forward to the free plan’s address. Or you can buy it with the plan ($48 annually, thankfully not monthly!) and show the custom domain. Plus you’ll get the other plan features, like getting rid of ads and giving you access to direct support.
