  Hello, my website KineticFuture.com is created on your site. But is not accessible on line. I need to renew the plan and get my website up. I have put in new payment details into my account but I can’t see where or how to pay. Please can you advise. Thanks Karen Moyse

  As we noted in your previous thread, you need to repurchase Business for your site here:

  https://wordpress.com/plans/newkineticfuture.wpcomstaging.com

  Click the “Upgrade” button under the Business column, then you’ll be redirected to your shopping cart where you can complete that purchase.
