  Hi,

  I have received an email to renew premium service for challengetheleaderinside.com. I would like to do so but when I press the link in the email it does not give me an option to renew. Instead, it only shows that I already have the premium service. Please renew the service.

  Hi @dnelsonnyc, can you log in with the account you used to buy this upgrade? If you’re logged in with a username that is not the account owner, you’ll run into trouble when changing settings or taking care of invoices.
