    I want to renew and am not the original person who put in the order

    The only account that can renew and upgrade is the account that owns the upgrades, the original account can transfer the upgrades to your account for renewal.

    They can go to Dashboard >> Store >> My Upgrades >> mouse over the upgrade and click on Transfer – or they can log into this thread and using small very clear words ask for specific upgrades to be transferred from account ABC to account DEF

    What are the upgrades that need to be renewed?
