  Hi, I’d like to renew the above named site. I made this site for a friend and ideally I’d like her to manage her account. I recently discontinued my own website and can’t get in to pay hers through mine anymore. PLease help. Thanks.

  Hi there,

  The upgrades for that blog are connected to a different account than the one that you are contacting us from – most likely your friend’s? You will need to log into her account in order to renew the upgrades (or have her do it).
