  Hi there, I would like to renew my domain and pay for the redemption fee. How do I go about reactivating my site?

  1. What is the domain URL?
  2. What is the underlying .wordpress.com URL?
  3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?
  4. When was the upgrade purchased?
  5. When did the expiration https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-expiration/ take place?

  cityofcanvas.com expired on 2016-11-23. Can you confirm you would like to renew this domain?

  As you already mentioned, because your domain has entered the redemption period, you will need to pay a redemption fee of $80 plus the regular renewal cost of $18. When this has been paid we can begin the recovery process.

  Just so you are aware, we can’t guarantee we will be able to get the domain. If you made a payment in attempt to reclaim the domain out of redemption and were unsuccessful, you will get a refund.

  Once I hear back from you, I’ll get the process started and we can look at the next steps.
