    Hi there @francescafcfdae9d1d If you are logged in with the correct WordPress.com account for lessonslearntfromtheeast.com you should be able to renew your domain and plan by going to your purchases page at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases and renewing them from there. Here’s more on that. Only the admin who purchased the domain and plan can renew it. If this isn’t you, please let them know ASAP. If this is you and you don’t see that option, you may need to be logged in with a different account.

    It looks like the WordPress.com Personal plan and domain registration were purchased under a different user account than the one you’re currently logged into. No worries though, we can help you out!

    To get started, please log out of your current account via https://wordpress.com/me and log into the correct account. If you’re not sure which account you used for the purchase, you can use our Account Recovery form to prove ownership of the site.

    Simply fill out as much information as you have, including the transaction IDs from charges on this account. You can find the form here: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery – make sure to include an email address where our Support team can reach you.

    The transaction ID will be on your bank statement as “WordPress” followed by a ten-digit letter/number code, like this: WordPress XXXXXXXXXX. You can learn more about the account recovery process here: https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/.
